The Fifteenth Annual Night of the Dragon Auction is Saturday evening, February 25th, 2017, from 6:00 until 11:00 pm, at the Hilton Hotel and Spa at Short Pump.  Ample free parking is available adjacent to the building.

 

Dress for the evening is business casual.

 

The evening begins with the Silent Auction from 6:00 to 8:15 pm.  The first round of items closes at 7:30 with subsequent rounds closing every 15 minutes until 8:15, so you will want to come early and bid often! The popular Heads and Tails Raffle begins at 8:30 pm, followed immediately by the Live Auction.

Checkout follows the Live Auction, however, an early checkout can be accommodated.

Appetizers and a dinner buffet will be served, and the cash bar will be open throughout the event. Drink tickets for bar beverages can be pre-purchased with event tickets for $8 each. Cash bar will be available at the event. Some drinks may be less than $8 at the cash bar. Dessert will be served following the Live Auction.

 

We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, checks, and cash as payment for auction items ONLY. If you do not purchase Heads and Tails raffle tickets online, they may be purchased at the auction but only with cash or a separate check. Checks should be made payable to “MLWGS PTSA”.


Check out begins after the Live Auction, and all items must be paid for and picked up on the night of the auction. This year, if you need to leave early, an early checkout can be accommodated.

Event tickets are $60 per person and must be purchased in advance no later than February 11, 2017.
