Night of the Dragon

When you arrive at the auction, you will receive an auction catalog and a card with your Bidder Number. You will use this number to place bids in both the silent and live auctions. We are pleased to offer you a preview of all offerings via our online catalog to help you more easily identify those items that are of greatest interest to you.

The Silent Auction merchandise will be displayed on tables inside the ballroom. The items will be grouped by category, just as they appear in the catalog. Each item will be accompanied by a Bid Sheet. To place a bid, simply write your Bidder Number and the amount you wish to bid in the spaces provided. Please pay close attention to the minimum bid amount and the minimum raise amount listed on the bid sheet for each item. If you are the first bidder for an item, make certain your bid is at least the minimum bid amount. Any bid below that amount will be void. If you are bidding after an initial bid, be certain to raise the bid by at least the minimum raise amount. Any bid that does not raise the bid by at least that amount will be void. All bids must be in round dollar amounts. Please bid as many times as you wish, on as many items as you wish.

Any winning bid above the Fair Market Value can be taken as a donation to the school. Bid not just to win but to donate to the school! At checkout, you will receive a listing of your winning bid and the Fair Market Value.

Silent auction bidding closes by category. Categories close approximately every 15 minutes from 7:30 pm until 8:15 pm, as listed in the catalog. When the category closes, the highest legal bid on the Bid Sheet buys the item.

All items must be paid for and taken home the night of the auction. If you must leave early, silent auction winning bid checkout can be accommodated no earlier than 20 minutes after the start of the Live Auction. All winning bids will be ready for checkout after the Deadbeats performance.
